NURSING CONCEPTS

I have been with this agency for months now and I recommend them very highly. Nursing concepts has this one outstanding Nurse. She is not only professional but also very caring and gives her all to her patients. The nurse who I am speaking about is Sandra Pena. She goes beyond her duties and demonstrates her outstanding skills as a Nurse. I owe Sandra so much as she has taken care of my infection in my lumbar spine. My Infection has finally begun to heal due too Sandra’s out standing ability as my Nurse . As I have stated before I highly recommend Nursing Concepts. And especially for there outstanding Nurse Sandra Pena. Review agency year later. I left the agency here in March 2025 because the agency did not accept me back. The time I left the agency, my back finally started healing at a quicker pace than being with them. The nurse Sander that I had with them Came over to the agency that I am with now . The day I left the hospital she was supposed to come first thing early morning. That was the reason I was let out of the hospital early because she had agreed to come. I was on IV antibiotics at the time. She did not show up till later in the day. Her reason was she couldn’t get out of bed. That was a not acceptable, especially when you’re taking IV antibiotics and you need it first thing in the morning I changed my Nurse fast. it was too bad because I did have a lot of faith in her. And that one thing when she was didn’t show up when she was supposed to, and the reason that she gave was unacceptable. Thank you Sandra for showing me how much you care.

Sandra Pena the worst nurse. Not just rude, but careless. My dad told her he could not breathe properly, she did not pay attention and ask him to drink coffee. He ended up being admitted to the hospital with clots on the lungs. I would not recommend them.

Jacob was great and took care of all of my care needs during my treatment. He was always available and understanding. Thank you!
