A heartfelt thank you to Pedro, Natalia, Annie, Nancy, Angela, and Chaplain Adalia. Each of you showed such professionalism, kindness, and compassion throughout her journey. You consistently went above and beyond, not only for my mom but for our entire family.

We were truly blessed to have you in our lives, guiding us through her recovery with such care and dedication. When she passed a month ago, your support and compassion meant more than words can express.

They used to be great when they had a particular nurse with my mom. After my mom passed away and Gloria came to do the first thing with my dad and she wasn’t listening kept asking repeating questions and was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad when my mom had just passed away a week before. Then she came to do the reevaluation and she had my dad confused with a different patient and said she was discharging him because his insurance wouldn’t keep covering it but my mom had home health for 2 years straight and his health was declining.. I told her doctor would make the decision and sure enough the doctor said his health declining he needs home health and left them for a different company. She again was trying to tell me how to take care of my dad which she didn’t even know anything about his history and I’m sorry but I did it with my mom for 2 years and been doing it with my dad for 7 months I know what we are doing with him and if we don’t I ask the doctor right away.
