Thank you, BVH for being wonderful. Kaiser recommended them in 2019 and they were brought on to help my Mom during her advanced dementia. She actually improved because of their compassionate, respectful, professional and family level care, so she was removed from hospice and thrived for 3 more years! Then they were with us again in her final days and outstanding once again. Always very communicative, honest and gave her beautiful final moments and cared about me and my mental health as well. Forever grateful to Buena Vista and especially their volunteer Bob Harper, who was an immense comfort and friend to her and me.

Thank you Buena Vista for the wonderful care my husband Allen received. The nurses and physical therapists helped him tremendously to walk better, improve his balance, and regain his confidence and general health. Each visit helped to make him stronger. The health care nurses and therapists were encouraging, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend Buena Vista and deeply appreciate all that was done to help Allen regain his health.

The staff was very professional, compassionate and made you feel like they were caring for their own. I did a lot of research in finding the right hospice for my grandmother. Upon finding Buena Vista, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff met me at the hospital and explained every detail of what to expect. They met with my grandmother and their bedside manner and compassion was spot on in what I knew my grandmother would want. Within a few hours, all the supplies (hospital bed, tray and oxygen concentrator) were delivered and set up in the house. Just a few minutes later my grandmother arrived home along with the hospice nurse Gail. Gail explained all the medications as well as how to administer them. She gave me such a wonderful peace of mind that I had certainly made the right choice. My grandmother had another hospice nurse, Jason who really won me over. Let me say, if I were in need of hospice I would ask for Jason. It put me to tears to hear his compassion and watch how gentle he was with my grandmother. Upon my grandmother's passing a week after being sent home on Hospice, the staff at Buena Vista again exceeded my expectations. They were there with grief counselors for my family and I as well as all the necessary information on how to proceed with handling many of the affairs of my grandmother. Perhaps the best compliment I received regarding Buena Vista came from the funeral director who told me they had their stuff in order and e expected to get death certificates quickly because of how amazing of a job Buena Vista did.

My home care after Nanoknee surgery with Buena Vista could not have been better! Marissa and Phil were both present, attentive to my personal needs and highly skilled at their profession. Highly recommended!
