The clinicians are all very nice and caring…. But the organizational structure is ridiculous. The patient/caretaker must function as the Administrative Secretary FOR this agency. There is apparently no or very little communication between and among Service Providers and Director/Coordinator leading to a very stressful scheduling situation EVERY WEEK for the Patient/ Client.

Unresponsive. Nurse called several times, left message. I returned the phone call, but her schedule was full. Happened several times. She never came. I never saw her. She started leaving messages on my husband's phone. I don't know why. This was a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend.

These nurses are the best. Very patient with me even when I’m not at my best. This is my third time under their care. A quadruple by-pass and two hip replacements. I am sure my recovery would have taken longer if not for their care. True professionals. Thank you.
