Worst home care ever they leave clients who 100% dependent on care alone without any care. Excuse is they can't find anyone, unacceptable answer when you know someone is depending on care especially for eating, toileting. Our family has reported them Medicare for not providing care. Expensive and this is our family member was treated, family member ended up with health concerns bc they didn't provide the care there were supposed to give, aides came with little to no experience in how to take care of him. Office people are lazy and rude. Stay away from this company at all costs.
The care that Miracle Home Care provided for my dad was great. The whole team was amazing and you can tell they really love there job.
Worst home care agency! They don’t care about their clients. DO NOT work for this place! Most of their clients have BEDBUGS and the staff will not tell you, they will just send you out to them. Ashley is disrespectful and doesn’t take care of business. Her and Shai has a romantic relationship going on and let’s it affect business! They will also report you to DCF with false claims. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR PUT YOUR LOVED ONES UNDER THEIR BUSINESS!!!!
Miracle home is a great company, I would recommend it to anyone. I have three beautiful ladies who take good care of me, Ms. Aysa, Ms. Brown and Ms. Lorcina, thank you Miracle home and ladies for such good care of me.
