Concierge Care - Orlando

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The team of staff and caregivers at CC were a true gift to us. They came in and made all aspects of decision making easy. They were available right away and 24 hours a day. They were immediately responsive and took amazing care of my grandmother when she needed it most. They gave me the gift of being able to be a granddaughter and not a caregiver when I needed it most. I'll never be able to show enough gratitude for that. Their prices are totally reasonable and their care and flexibility was honestly more than we hoped for. We highly recommend Concierge Care!

We have just begun using Concierge Care and we are very happy. My dad is 93 and an 8-year stroke victim and the aides we have had have honestly been amazing. We will absolutely continue to use them for our future needs.

Changed midstream with 24 hour care for my Mother in-law Rita and was highly pleased with Care givers that actually helped with care and also supplied pleasant communication and we were given text status reports about my wife’s mother condition and updates which was a huge relief. Their caregivers are excellent, but what truly sets Concierge Care apart is their outstanding coordination. Scheduling is seamless, communication is consistent, caregiver notes are thorough, and their flexibility and responsiveness are unmatched. Kristen, our representative, goes above and beyond every single time to make sure our residents receive the best care possible. She partners with us directly to ensure the best outcomes, and if any issue ever arises, she responds immediately and addresses it without hesitation. 10/10 – we will always recommend Concierge Care to our residents and families.
