As the Director of an assisted living community, I cannot recommend Concierge Care Orlando highly enough. We often refer them to our residents and families who need private duty support, and they always deliver. Their caregivers are excellent, but what truly sets Concierge Care apart is their outstanding coordination. Scheduling is seamless, communication is consistent, caregiver notes are thorough, and their flexibility and responsiveness are unmatched. Kristen, our representative, goes above and beyond every single time to make sure our residents receive the best care possible. She partners with us directly to ensure the best outcomes, and if any issue ever arises, she responds immediately and addresses it without hesitation. 10/10 – we will always recommend Concierge Care to our residents and families.
