What a wonderful experience. Asheville Home Health felt like a family. Charlie and all of the caregivers couldn’t have taken better care of my 94 year old mom for almost two years. She looked forward to the women who came, loved Mary, Sandy, and so many others. Charlie is amazing—will do anything to make sure mom was taken care of, even when people called in sick etc. i would recommend Asheville Home Health to anyone looking for in home care for a loved one.

What a wonderful organization! We could not have asked for a better group of people to help take care of our dad. Starting with Charlie who first came out and helped us decide what would be best for him. She took care of all of the schedules and never failed to promptly respond to any questions. To Miranda, who brought joy and laughter to my dad every single day.  She was always cheerful, encouraging and caring. I recently broke my right foot and was non-weight-bearing and unable to drive for 9 weeks. Asheville Home Health was able to help me with everything I needed during my recovery, driving me to appointments and grocery shopping and taking care of many small household tasks that I couldn’t do, from laundry to dishes to filling the dogs’ water bowls, and much more. When I called them for companion care help (not nurse/medical care) after my injury, they were able to get things arranged quickly so I had help within days. Every employee I met was great; so friendly and eager to help me. They were on time and gladly did whatever I asked. My schedule varied week to week as my needs changed, and they worked with me and were flexible with arrangements. Communication was great. They were always reachable and prompt with their response. Asheville Home Health will be the first place I call if I should need companion care help again and I highly recommend them.

AHH has been taking care of my mother for years. Charlie, the Office Manager, could not be more dedicated to her job. She's been an invaluable support to my mother and I. Both she and Crystal, Mom's caregiver, pay attention to every detail of her care, and suggest things to make her more comfortable that I wouldn't have thought of. I know that I can trust Crystal to take her to doctor's appointments and to communicate with the doctors and give me a full report afterwards. She really keeps everything together.  I don't know where we would be without Charlie and Crystal!
