Lifespring Home Health

I am truly pleased with the care and treatment LifeSpring gives my 87 year old Mom with multiple health issues. It's a comfort and reassurance for my Mom to see the nurse regularly, and I can call LifeSpring anytime with any questions or requests. My mother also benefits greatly from the weekly physical therapy she receives...makes her better physically and mentally! Finally, I really appreciated LifeSpring making 'check in' calls to myself and my Mother during the brutal winterstorm in Austin in Feb. 2020. Great relief !

LifeSpring Home Health is been great . I had them for my Father's Stroke recovery and all the Therapies PT,OT,ST been wonderful and I see lot of progress since I originally started. They go above and beyond to meet the requirements and very easy to work with. Special Thanks to Lorrisa (PT) who worked the longest among all and she is fantastic !!! Also Thanks to Amy (President of a company ) who was always educating me and guiding me to make some decisions if I have to make. I can't recommend enough LifeSpring Home Health!

I am grateful and overjoyed to recommend Lifespring Home Health Austin to ANYONE needing services. I worked with Kacey Taylor in making the arrangements for my mom’s hip surgery. Having never dealt with that scenario before, Kacey swooped in and handled EVERYTHING! Paperwork, insurance, doctors and even paid a personal visit in the hospital to ensure my mom was being taken care of. She personally called the appropriate resources to confirm she had all needed equipment for in home care and made herself available as we transitioned to outside occupational therapy. The therapists and nurses she entrusted my mom’s care to were top notch. She answered every question and addressed each concern we had with patience and sympathy. Kacey thank you for taking a scary and traumatic situation and making it one of the best medical experiences we’ve ever had.

We were so pleased with Lifespring Health. Pat was our nurse and always arrived on time with a beautiful smile. We always talked about my husband’s issues and on her next visit she would have printed information for us to review about his condition. We highly recommend Lifespring and pat.

I had the opportunity to interact with the office staff, the home health nurse (Terri), physical therapist (eval), and the physical therapy assistant. They were all amazing! Any questions I had were promptly and thoroughly answered and David (the PTA) was an amazing therapist. He was patient, kind, and compassionate. When I would get tired (read that "grumpy") and tell him I didn't want to do this or that or anymore of this or that, he would so kindly sympathize, "I know. I know."...then say gently, "Ok, 3 more." LOL He was encouraging and informative. I cannot say enough good things about David and the entire bunch that I had the pleasure of dealing with.
