We have tried a number of care giver services over the years and have never been more happy with one. In fact I never thought a company exists like this, but it does. Care Builders of Barrington have been caring for my Mom for a year and have never missed a beat. Each of the 3 caregivers that split shifts in order to take care of my Mom have been outstanding. Sarah, who is our main contact has always made herself available to us no matter what time of the day or night we call. Her and the caregivers have really made it easy for the family. Thank you all! After given only two-days-notice by our insurance, our family member needed to move to in-home care, and therapy. Advised by a local referral we called CareBuilders at Home (Barrington, IL) and connected with Lauren Pickard (LPC, Branch Manager). Lauren then kindly explained the importance of conducting an in-depth, person-to-person interview to best understand our needs, in-order to provide the best caregiver match, to which she was able to complete that same evening due to the urgency. Lauren's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout that interview, along with her overview of available service offerings, and her explanation of the flexible contracting, and billing. Support, from Lauren, then continued with her helpful guidance, and conscientious follow-through on all items, which successfully helped our family transition home, and then onward and through recovery with the appointed caregiver. Our caregiver (Izabel), was well matched, and very qualified in providing our family member’s care, and with assistance in therapy efforts, as she truly cared, and made a positive difference in his quality of life outcome.
