Trusted home care has been great! They sent me an aid who is absolutely amazing I don’t know what I would do without her name is Adeline she has been with me now for 8 months or so she does everything she can’t help me enough always wants to go above and beyond her duties. She has also become my family now. I actually don’t have family that lives anywhere near me even if they did she still would be family to me. Ricardo who I believe runs Trusted has also been terrific he’s very easy to talk to and he understands all of my needs and concerns especially when I need to move my aids hours around it is never a problem for him or Adeline. I could actually go on and on about how wonderful these people are but I’m just going to say if you’re are in need of assistance then contact Trusted Home Care please note Adeline stays with me I will never let her go she is the absolute best friend and family I could ever ask for!

Trusted Home Care has been nothing but great in assisting with my Grandmother! Any concerns that arise they can handle it quickly and they are very professional. Every staff member we have encountered so far has been wonderful. Elianne in the office has also done a good Job at making us feel like a top priority when it comes to any requests we have. I am so grateful for Trusted. My grandmother has been with them for over 4 years and they have always provided exceptional services. She has been with the same aide all this time and she has become like family to us. Thank you so much to the team at Trusted for always going above and beyond.

We used Trusted Home Care for my mother because they were recommended by her insurance. I have to say it was a terrible experience the staff in the office is very unprofessional and rude especially Jennifer the case manager. She is rude condescending and has an attitude! My mom had an aid that took her grocery shopping after leaving the store my mom who has poor vision realized the aide used her debit card to buy groceries. It was not a significant amount maybe $35 to $40 but the aide did not ask my mom. I called the agency to report this and I was asked does that mean you don’t want her anymore because she’s the only one I have that will travel to your mother!! I am an ADON in a skilled Nursing Facility and as far as I know that is considered Abuse and exploitation. I could have easily reported her to Dcf but instead I reported it to them so they would know what type of person they have working for them. But they totally blew it off and wanted to continue to send her. I refused and asked for someone else and they would say they scheduled someone else but then no one showed up. Once they sendtan aide at the last minute who showed up in a suit and high heels and when my mom asked her to help change the sheets on the bed she refused and said that’s not her job and she ended up leaving after an hour when she was scheduled for 4 hrs. My mom is alert and oriented x3 does mostly everything for herself but has poor vision and needed help with light housekeeping duties. After the aide in the suit episode the following 2 weeks no one showed up and no one bothered to call to let us know, when I called Jennifer to see what was going on she said she didn’t have time to call us to let us know. It’s very disheartening to see how they treat the elderly. Thankfully my mother has an advocate to stand up for her as others do not. I notified her case manager and she was able to get us set up with a new agency and now have the sweetest caregiver for her.

Maribel Aponte of Trusted Home Care is a wonderful, kind, understanding and compassionate representative who constantly goes above and beyond to make sure my Mom's needs are addressed. She rises to every challenge. I honestly don't know what we would do without her.
