We are a team of local SYNERGY HomeCare business owners committed to providing compassionate, cost effective care to PA residents of all ages and abilities. Synergy home care is a professional business with caring staff and caregivers. We have been using them for several years. The few bumps in the road  were  always readily solved with a few phone calls and patience on both their part,  the caregivers part and our family as well.  We appreciate how well the team works together. Also one can always get a hold of someone seemingly at any time. Synergy certainly tries to do their very best.  Thanks to them we don’t worry about our family’s care needs!!

Synergy was all of the things we had hoped for when we were searching for private duty home care for my father. Not only was the staff timely to arrive for whatever my dad needed, they were professional, and caring, and really treated my Dad with dignity and respect in ensuring he was still able to maintain a quality of life that was important to him, and us as a family. Dad also raved about his aides and we saw a light come back to his eyes when he knew they were coming for the day!
The enrollment process was very thorough and made my very anxious mother feel completely at ease during the transition period where we needed services (a huge win!) and the scheduling process was made to also be very patient and family focused and flexible, knowing that things can often shift and change with the aging process.
Synergy really stepped in during a time of need to provide my dad with great services and care. Being in the healthcare industry, synergy is exactly the kind of caring and compassionate agency that made me feel at ease stepping in where I couldn’t.

What turned out to be the last months of my father's life, your team came in and cared for him 24/7 and supported my mother with the management of a very difficult disease - Lewy Body with Parkinson's.
