Case Manager Morgan was compassionate and very responsive and dealt with some complications that arose quickly and efficiently. He followed up reliably to make sure each situation was resolved. Caretakers from Home Instead, particularly Uriel, were kind and skilled working with my 93 year-old mother within an assisted living setting. In addition to making sure her basic needs were met, he provided companionship and made my mother feel listened to and valued. We were all sad to say goodbye to Uriel when mother’s condition made it necessary to move to a board and care facility. I highly recommend Home Instead for elder care.

The folks at Home Instead Burbank are kind, caring, professional and understanding. They actually listen to your requests and act upon them. Caring for a loved one in the last days of their earthly life is overwhelming. Claudia and Gary made it much easier. Our caregivers, Corey, Carmen, Angel and Joy were excellent. They cared for our Dad as if they were family. I highly recommend them.
