Sherry and Noma are fantastic. They carefully screen and train all their caregivers to handle dementia (and other diagnoses). I would recommend them to anyone who really wants the very care for their loved one who is aging in place. For those who really want peace of mind, this is the place. A_+++
I have had caregivers from Lifeline for almost 3 years. I have been extremely happy with this company. They are very responsive to any issues and resolve them right away. They send me potential caregivers to interview so I can meet them ahead of time and select the one that best meets the needs we have. Our last caregiver was with us almost 2 years and cared for my husband from the time they could do gardening and home repairs together until the time he said goodbye with tears in his eyes when my husband passed away.
I can't say enough good things about Lifeline and I have recommended them to a number of people who have also successfully found caregivers through them.
Lifeline companion services has been coordinating home healthcare for my elderly parent for several months now. Sherry and Jay have been wonderful, quality of care is high, Communication is excellent, and they have carried much of the responsibility of dealing with the long-term care provider. We could not be happier.
I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Lifeline Companion Services. For several years, their caregivers provided exceptional care for my father, Lou, who lived with us. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism made a significant difference in his life and brought immense peace of mind to our family.
The caregivers were not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, treating my father with the utmost respect and kindness. Their consistent presence and support greatly improved his quality of life, allowing him to maintain his dignity and independence.
Communication with the Lifeline team was always seamless, and their reliability and attention to detail were outstanding. We always felt confident that my father was in the best possible hands.
Our family is forever grateful for the care and support they provided to my father.
