Wonderful team of people that actually care about their patients and go the extra mile. It was a tough transition for me and my family to finally put my  father on hospice but Edward the operations manager really cleared up all misconceptions around hospice and how it’s not centered around dying and how it’s actually centered around comfort focused care. We even had a 24/7 nurse by his bedside in his final days. This is the only hospice I will ever recommend to friends and family. Thank you Land of Peace Hospice!

Thank you for everything Land of Peace Hospice! I can’t begin to describe how difficult this decision was for me and my family but I just want to thank Land of Peace Hospice for being there for us every step of the way. My grandfather’s comfort was their first priority and although we are devastated by his passing, he at least passed peacefully. Edward (the operations manager) was even able to help us place him at an amazing boarding care to make things easier on us. They are the best!

I'm extremely thankful for their services. I was so scared to take the next step in admitting my grandfather into hospice but luckily I found these people who actually take pride in what they do. The nurse answered all my questions and was very compassionate about my situation. I was also very impressed on how involved the doctor was in this entire process and I always felt at ease knowing my grandfather was being looked after well. Thank you so much Land of Peace!

I’m so thankful I chose Land of Peace hospice to take care of my mother. The whole process was done very professionally and they truly made it as easy as possible on us. As soon as my mother was discharged from the hospital to our home, all the DME and supplies were already delivered and set up. They even sent a shower lady the first day to make sure my mom was comfortable and clean. I was a bit uneasy as first so I called a lot and they answered every single question I had. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact them because they actually take pride in their care. Thank you!!!!!
