We were in search of a home care for my 99 year old mother in law.   I reached out Synergy and was impressed with the first person I spoke with.  My mother in law was very resistant to services.  Michelle the Owner who came to meet with us, was great!  Michelle's approach was perfect and my mother in law instantly felt comfortable with her.  The responsiveness and professionalism with this home care agency is excellent! I would highly recommend giving them a try.

It was highly recommended to me by a friend for this company for my dad and his care. I was told they travel to different areas and provide multiple services etc..Well we called and asked questions about the care options and what all they are willing to provide.  Long story short....their company was not willing to travel to Middletown area for my fathers care. I do not recommended this company

Synergy HomeCare was a wonderful choice to help my in-laws before they moved to a personal care location. The caregivers were very kind and attentive. They helped with morning routines, running errands, preparing meals, taking them to routine doctor visits and daily clean-up tasks. Not only were the caregivers helpful; they were caring companions, chatting with them and helping my Mother-in-Law when she wanted to make some baked goods or other little projects. They would report back to the office if they had a new concern about their overall health. Michelle and her office staff provide committed, reliable service allowing peace of mind for family members. If a regular care giver had a planned vacation or an illness, they worked to find another appropriate person to step in. All dealings with Michelle showed her passion for providing the excellent service and real compassion for clients and their families. We have recommended this agency to others without hesitation!

My mother is in the later stages of Alzheimer’s.  She and my dad are in their late 80's and want to remain in their home.  While my dad is a great care giver he needs help and a break from the day to day demands on him.  We found Synergy HomeCare and have been using their services to help.  They provide professional care givers who just can't do enough to help.  They look for extra things to do for my mom while in the home.  They are extremely dependable and we are always at ease when they are there.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  Give them a try as an extra resource.  You will be extremely pleased with their services.
