INTERIM HEALTHCARE PERSONAL CARE & SUPPORTIVE SVCS

We have been so happy with Interim Healthcare since we found them for my sweet mom a couple of years ago. Every caregiver/companion who has come has been sweet, willing to do anything (do puzzles, watch a movie, take a walk, do light housekeeping, play cards, help her make her favorite muffins, etc.) that my mom wants to do. We have found all of their caregivers to be reliable, on time and friendly. We also appreciate Interim's flexibility when we've needed extra coverage, or didn't need coverage for whatever reason. I appreciated being able to get a hold of an Interim scheduler whenever I need to (even on the weekends!) and I also really appreciate their prompt responses. I highly recommend this company and its caregivers!

Very happy with the services, staff, and caregiving people at Interim. A few years ago I had the unfortunate combination of putting my mother in hospice so she was able to die in her home in addition to taking care of my husband in our home due to a severe stroke several months earlier. In both situations the staff and caregivers eased our burden of care. I continue to use the services for my husband . The staff is very responsive, caring and compassionate as are the caregivers. I have enjoyed having each one of them in my home. I highly recommend Interim

Interime Healthcare has been taking care of my mother for a couple years. We started with companionship care and are now using skilled nursing care. I’ve never had a problem with the front office or the caregivers. They are all wonderful, friendly and most of all, they are experienced and qualified to give my mother the best care possible. I highly recommend Interime Healthcare. I would never use another agency.

My mom has been an interim client for @2 years. WE LOVE INTERIM! The management staff--as well as the caregivers-- have all been wonderful—CONSISTENTLY! My mom can be very challenging to care for. Management staff and caregivers are tolerant and patient with her, MANY TIMES going the extra mile to accommodate her at times unreasonable requests. Interim management is clearly committed to exceeding the standard of care; their treatment of my mom is evidence of their commitment to finding solutions for clients AND their families. This summer my sister and I were both out of state when my mom experienced a bedbug infestation. The staff went far beyond reasonable expectation in order to ensure high quality continuity of care for my mom. Shelly Bartos manager (with assistance from Tawnya Shumway and Geri Bauguess as well as from the DEDICATED caregivers) acted immediately. They Identified the bedbug issue and maintained contact with us throughout the ordeal, keeping us informed daily (and at times hourly). Researched (many hours) to find a hotel that would take my mom. Provided transportation for her and her dog to and from the hotel (TWICE). Provided daily care at the hotel. Went FAR out of their way to find a suitable new couch for my mom. Assisted in the removal of all her clothing so it could be treated for bugs. The above was not just a list of tasks that they took care of. The stressful circumstances, combined with my mom’s personality, required an over-the-top commitment on everyone’s part to pull it all off. I do not know the caregivers’ names but I know that they ALL went (and continue to go) above and beyond to help my mom! I am a healthcare professional and have worked with numerous homecare agencies. On the spectrum of care that I observe, Interim is absolutely a 5 star agency! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I cannot imagine how we would be able to have my mom’s needs met without them!

I called this company to ask about their services so many times before but no one called me back at all. I am so glad that I didn't choose this company. I can see how they would take care of me as a their client. I am so disappointed that I only saw their ignorant and disrespect for sure. I am not going to recommend to anyone if anyone ask me about this company. If they can not even call back to their potential client, I can't imagine how they will treat me. That's not true you guys left an message. You never called me and left a message. I can't believe you were lying ! I was waiting and checked my phone very often. Yeah, I am so glad I didn't hire you !! I wish I can give you no star.
