My father was admitted to at-home hospice; my adult daughter lives with him and is his primary caregiver. While my daughter is away from the house at school/work, Right at Home provides a CNA to assist so Dad is never alone.

Right at Home has been excellent to work with from the very first meeting in my Dad's home. Gina Atkinson provided excellent service in completing the in-home assessment. Additionally, Gina was very responsive and provided exceptional customer service to us when it was obvious the first CNA sent was not a good fit.  Gina was instrumental in finding us with the perfect CNA by the end of the first week. We are very grateful to Gina and Right at Home for providing the perfect CNA, Francis, for my Dad. Francis is kind, compassionate, and goes above the call of duty in caring for Dad. I highly recommend Right at Home.

I have been very happy working with Right at Home. After my father passed it became clear that my mom would not only need some help with daily living tasks, but also some companionship. She has been able to make some great relationships with her caregivers and they have really helped my mom to maintain her independence while getting some much needed help with things like technology, and household chores. The staff are very responsive and will work with you and your family. It provides me with comfort knowing I can trust that my mom is being taken care of.

So grateful to have the staff at Right at Home taking care of my mother-in-law.  They are professional and so caring and helpful. Have had a great experience for a long time with Sue in the office. Love her. The caregivers are phenomenal- Amelia, Raj and Catherine are the best team ever. I can always rely on them and know they are taking great care of my mother-in-law. They are like family and we couldn’t do it without them.

We were referred to Right At Home services for my mothers extensive in home health care well over a year ago.  Right At Home has been an answer to our prayers.  We had been with a few agencies prior to Right At Home & experienced nothing but complete frustration & let down with people not showing up for their shift, along with inadequate care giving for my mother.  The compassion, care & concern with the people I've dealt with from Right At Home, including all of the schedulers, has been nothing short of spectacular.  The schedulers go out of their way to insure my mother is being provided with the care she requires.  The difference between Right At Home & the other agencies we used is like night & day.  It's obvious they have a sincere compassion for my mother.  I am completely certain that they sincerely care about her well being which has alleviated a lot of stress on our family.  I highly recommend Right At Home for your in home health care needs.  Thank you Right At Home!!!
