HEALTHY AT HOME CAREGIVERS

Healthy at Home Caregivers have been taking care of my grandmother for the last 4 years. I know my grandmother is in great hands with them. Pat who runs this service, is a registered nurse. Pat is extremely knowledgeable about the best and ideal care for one's loved ones. Every caregiver we have ever received have been great. We now see a particular caregiver as family, since they care for my grandmother on a regular basis. I truly feel my grandmother is safe and well taken care of with Healthy at Home Caregivers.

We are so happy with the care that my mother has been recieving the past 5 years from Healthy at Home Caregivers; she is 97 years old and now suffering from dementia. She had other care-companies in the early years, but the caregivers from Healthy at Home 24/7 are truely fantastic! Very professional and have excelent knowledge in physical and emotional caregiving. They work so well with her doctors and she is so happy, which is all important for me as I live far away.

Thanks so much Pat for showing up in such short notice. Without you we don’t know what we would have done. Your company has been a blessing to us. We will sure recommend healthy at home to people who need help, because you guys have exceptional care.

Worse agency we have ever worked with. We delt with a person named Pat. My husband has ALS, he is a Veteran. She first came into our home to do an assessment and she had very offensive odor that lingered for hours in my home. She told bold faced lies to the VA she said my husband pressured a worker to hang a nail in the garage on the wall he (my husband) did not. The caregiver said no way did my husband pressure him to do ANYTHING. The caregiver said he was told not to go to the grocery store with my husand by Pat. Pat gave my husband a brochure at the assessment that clearly states that they do grocery shopping with the clients, my husband told Pat your own brochure that you gave me says you do. Pat said " oh that's not for veterans." We asked her why she brought us the brochure if she knew she was coming to see a Veteran? Pat said "oh we just give those to everyone, we have a veteran brochure though." We asked her why she didn't bring the Veteran brochure, Pat said " I'm not answering that question" We asked Pat why she lied to the VA saying my husband pressured the caregiver to hang a nail in the garage, Pat said " I'm not answering that question." We had nothing but headache for the week we dealt with the administration of this company. They literally tell bold face lies!! THEY ARE AWFUL, I DO NOT RECOMMENND THIS COMPANY.

Pat was very helpful with my exploratory call from out of state about pricing and care levels in her area. Most generous with Best advice given so far even though we may not move our relative there.
