I really tried to give a "black owned business" a chance. My experience with this agency has been a disaster. Why tell new hires you have clients when you really don't. The level of unprofessionalism is disheartening. I do not recommended.
Give Totality a chance
I was at first skeptical and nervous while selecting care for my mom, as this is a new endeavor for us, and wasn’t familiar with companies in this space, and deciding which agency to go with was challenging…. However the team at totality Delivered!!!! They were able to work out minor staffing issues that were present and placed my mother with a phenomenal care giver. Check Em Out!!!! you wont be disappointed.
This agency has great personnel who are professional at their job and make the clients day to day life a little easier. The office has a great team also.
