I could not be more pleased with all of the Visiting Angel staff and caretakers! My mom and I were paired with Ayileen as our permanent caretaker, and we could not be happier! She is absolutely amazing! She has become a member of our family! Thank you so much, Visiting Angels for all of your help and all of the staff and caretakers as we navigate through this healing journey. And a huge thank you to Ayileen for who she is, how she cares, her compassionate care, and her presence. Forever grateful!

Visiting Angels was there when my mother needed them. The crew is overall exceptional - capable, friendly, kind, and patient. What happened? Two months ago, my mother injured her back. At first, she needed 8-hours per day care. Then it got worse, and she needed 24-hours per day care. Finding care for her has always been hard, as she is incredibly sensitive to people. Immediately after the injury, when we got back home from the ER, I called Visiting Angels for help. It was a semi-random phone call, made based on Yelp reviews (because who knows if those are trustworthy). And I feel incredibly lucky. I called a semi-random number, and somehow that got us the help we needed. Visiting Angels caregivers make meals for my mother. They helped her eat. They helped her to the bathroom. They helped her wash up (in bed). They helped me figure out what we needed to do to care for her (buy a commode, get some Depends, etc.). Most importantly, the Visiting Angels team earned my mother's trust - which is very hard. Over the years, we've had a number of short-term caregivers. Most failed quickly because they couldn't earn her trust. Those failed caregivers weren't bad people, but they moved too fast for an aging Alzheimer's patient to understand. The Visiting Angels had patience. They understood the challenges, did the work, built trust, and cared for my mother when she needed it. I'm grateful. If you're where I was, call these folks. Call Visiting Angels. They can help.

The Angels looked after my Dad and Stepmother for the last couple of years. Dad & Mary resisted getting help for far too long; when it finally arrived in the form of a Visiting Angel they were very happy to have it! As their health declined, the Angels stepped in and did the very best anyone could have under challenging circumstances. Kelly, Susan, Theresa, Sarah, all of them were terrific. Thank you so much for making their lives more comfortable during this tough time.

I have been with Visiting Angels for over a year now with Diane as our caregiver. She is fantastic !!! Caring, compassionate, a true blessing to our family and situation. I would totally recommend Visiting Angels Glendora, if you need this kind of service for your family. They have a great team of caregivers and put the family at ease as we know our family member is receiving the best care, as well as companionship. Again, thank you Diane for making the journey easier for our family.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Visiting Angels for your incredible support during a particularly challenging time for our family. As you know, my mom can be quite particular and insists on having everything done her way. Despite this, all the caregivers showed immense compassion and patience, even when she was being difficult. A special thank you to Monica for guiding me through this journey. Your attention to both mom's desires and the family's needs was incredibly helpful. Desiree, your support in finding the right caregivers was invaluable. While I hope we won't need your services again, it is comforting to know that you are there to provide the best care for my mom if needed. Thank you once again for everything.
