Highly recommend Helping Hands Caregivers. They go above and beyond for not only their employees but for their clients as well. They respond in a very timely manner, and the staff is always very helpful when you have any questions or concerns. The nurses are all so kind & are always super polite. Helping Hands has been a blessing for my mother, she has the comfort of staying in her own home and still have her own independence while knowing she is safe all because of this wonderful place.

My mom is 87 years old and has a multitude of issues physically and financially. Through various channels the Helping Hands Caregivers came into my mom's life and they are angels on earth, a total blessing to my entire family. With all my heart I would like to thank this company, especially Susan Beaudo and her assistant. It is an ongoing process and it is taking time, but Susan took my mom from financial ruins to stability. My mom was so upside down and in the red I thought there would be no chance of a recovery. As of today, my mom is on a financial program that allows her to get groceries, pay bills, get personal items and have a little extra for possible emergency situations. Susan is always available to assist me and has answered every question I have ever posed to her. She is always kind and considerate and treats my mom and I with such personal commitment that it feels like we are her only client, which I know is far from the truth. Anyone who can make a person feel so special and cared for is a wonderful human being, one in which this world needs more of, especially during this crazy time. I cannot say enough good about Susan and Helping Hands Caregivers. You have my sincere gratitude and my utmost respect. God bless you. Kyle Holewinski

Excellent Service! The Helping Hands team has great communication, they hold themselves accountable, and they keep their promises. They always find good people who are trust worthy and dependable. I would recommend services to anyone in need of quality care for themselves or their loved ones. The company seems like a great place for any caregiver looking for a change or a job.

I deal with Helping hands on a regular basis and everyone I talk to from the COO- Linda Bova to Rebecca Swanson to the receptionist and they all are kind and supportive and helpful. My dad is in fantastic care with this company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for assistance taking care of their loved one.

I’m not sure where to even begin with all of this so I suppose I’ll describe my most recent issue with this company. Believe me if I wanted to I could write a hundred pages about my miserable experience with this company but I’ll keep it short and to the point. I’m on disability and living on a fixed income (which as anyone can tell you is quite challenging) I was more or less forced to use Helping Hands as that was who my healthcare providers decided to go with. A few months ago I contacted Social Security because I needed a statement about my benefits and was shocked to find out that I received a cost of living increase that became effective December of 2017. Helping Hands had never even bothered to notify me that I had received this increase. I was dumbfounded because for months and months I had been emailing them detailing how dire my financial circumstances were and that I needed my money as soon as possible. I contacted them and when they finally got back to me they said that “yes” I had received a cost of living increase and that it was being put towards a frivolous bill that I had. I asked them why they would do that and they said that they chose to follow a budget which had been obsolete for months. They said that they would let me know if and when I would receive any more money. That was over two months ago and a month ago I actually contacted the owner and again asked him again what was going on and he still hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s been so bad I’ve resorted to going to local food pantries so I don’t run out of food. They KNOW ALL OF THIS, yet they refuse to give me the extra money I need to live on. This money belongs to me, not them and they’re being completely callous and un-empathetic as to how it is being used. I’m sorry this is such a long story but it’s extremely important that other potential clients know just what they are getting into if they use this company. I’m not exaggerating any of this and have records to back up everything I’ve stated here. Please whatever you do avoid this company like the plague. They are uncaring, unprofessional, unresponsive and underwhelming from the owner right on down. DON’T USE THEM. Update 3/21/2018: Jim would you care to state publicly just what Federal SSA and SSI guidelines would prevent you from giving me the extra money I need for food? Remember this is my money, not yours.
