Home Instead of Green Bay

The employees of the Green Bay office have been fantastic to work with. They have provided 24/7 coverage for my friend since March 1. The team assembled to care for my friend is stable, but they have been quick to get a substitute caregiver if necessary. Caregivers have been compassionate and been careful to have my friend feel like she is in charge of what is going on daily, when of course they are in charge.

Home Instead was amazing! Terrific, safe, kind care for my dad. They got to know him as a person and made sure he was well cared for until he was able to be in his own again.

Renee was very helpful. She arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and helped with whatever I needed. She was friendly and I really appreciated her help during a very difficult time when I was recovering from a fractured kneecap.

My Father and my family have been so very blessed with Home Instead and we had the BEST caregivers (Lisa, Carol-Tuesday and Carol-Friday). All three were patient, kind, genuine, motivated, motivators, and supportive to my Father and me. THANK YOU for allowing Dads "Keepers" to be at his funeral "Celebration of Life"! We were honored to have everyone there. Its hard to let caregivers into your home and invade your personal space and work with someone like my Dad who was so Proud and Independent BUT Lisa, Carol and Carol were wonderful and sensitive and always respected our home/lifestyle. Our family can not begin to explain how wonderful his "Keepers" were and all the support staff in the office. We will never, ever forget their kindness and smiles! Great memories over the past 4 years with Home Instead: my talks with the staff in the morning before I left for work, Dads trips to exercise, Doctor appointments, the Chapel, out to eat or just staying home and engaging Dad in conversation or talking about the news. To have Home Instead be with my Dad, was Peace of Mind for me and Dad was able to stay in his home right up until the end. The caregivers also made tasty meals and helped with some housekeeping to relieve my stress as the primary caregiver.
