AT TALITHA CUMI HOME CARE INC

Our home health CNA, Yarima Otero, is the sole reason for our good review. We did go through a couple of lovely ladies however, we experienced a couple challenges with safety or language barriers as my father is hard of hearing. Since Yarima came to our family it has been nothing short of amazing. To my parents and myself, as a care taker, I can't say enough good things about her. I appreciate the hard work this company put in to find the perfect fit. I work full time, have 2 parents with Parkinsons. Our care taker not only understands their needs but, gets that I need a little help as well. Could not be more happy. This review has been edited from my last, only because I didn't mention Yari making the difference. Thank you for all you do.

I've been with this agency for many years & have received outstanding care! They are professional & are always interested in my health .I am very grateful to them for treating me with respect, kindness, love & empathy! I truly feel that i am alive because of their care.

Not highly reliable with scheduling. Multiple times the person scheduled has not shown up. Claimed to have called us for replacement but responded rudely and disrespectful when we tried to have someone help grandparents last minute. Do not recommend if you want a kind and respectful person watching and helping your loved ones.

Great home care facility offering more than just services they offer a home somewhere where you can feel comfortable where they put there patients needs before no other. My grandmother has been through many facilities due to home health aids viewing her as a pay check and not a human Here at at Talitha cumi you have a family HHA that care for there clients HHA that put there patient needs first and ensure they offer top notch services. My grandmother receives help showers they even do light house keepings as well as cook for her If your looking for a long term care facility for you loved ones because your like me and have to work I tell you look no further this facility will treat your family member as one of there own
