We have actually been astounded by not only the expertise but the truly caring manner of all of our NSCC caregivers. We had never previously had need for caregivers and had heard disappointing and sometimes scary stories from friends who had used other companies . When our need for caregiving help arose several months ago , it was sudden and immediate. We called NSCC after reading their great reviews. Christina Cardenas came to the house the day we called to be sure she had a detailed understanding of our care needs, then was able to match us with an excellent team of well-qualified caregivers the very next day, as we needed. Over the past several months, as the type and amount of our caregiving needs have changed, Christina has set us up with seven different NSCC caregivers. We have found it remarkable that every one of them has exceeded our hopes and expectations. As a former HR consultant, I know the challenge companies face in finding, recruiting, and training skilled employees , and in maintaining employee motivation and engagement over time. NSCC clearly has successfully addressed all these challenges ! We are so pleased and grateful for our NSCC caregiver team. They go far beyond the basics of their caregiving responsibilities.

This best caregiver in the world is Tereya Grace Philemon she’s loving, kind caring and honest, very reliable goes out of her way to make me feel special she deserves a trillions of stars and dollars for her, kind, caring sweet spirit and aura is very pleasant. Tereya always puts the clients needs first before her own and I feel very safe and comfortable Tereya talk with me I feel seen and valuable!

I want to thank Sue, Serah, Timi, Bunmi and Tambari for the patience and kindness that went into their caregiving during a very transitional time for our family. Sue was an amazing person to communicate with as the leader.

We had the most positive experience with North Shore Compassionate Care!! Michael, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Chako, one of the supervisors there, was instrumental in helping us get the right caregivers for our mom. Betty, Vivian and Millie were the most caring, attentive and loving staff we could have asked for. There was not one moment of angst or worry for the almost four months! They cared for an almost 90 year old vibrant woman who broke her pelvis in two places! She is now living completely independent again thanks to their care and assistance. They baked with her, helped her with all her ADLs, drove her to appts, helped with the home therapy from the PT, and just showed her such kindness and respect. We are forever grateful.
