They have not sent out my spouse check yet and when she calls they told her that they kept it. Plus we have to talk to Rose again to get a new check. My spouse doesn't work for them anymore but they still not paying her money.

I was set up with St Francis through Memorial Herman Hospital when I was discharged. I was to have nursing, physical therapy, & occupational therapy. Nurse came twice and had no knowledge of how to bandage my wound, and asked me (the patient) what should she use to do the wound care; no physical therapist came, no occupational therapist came. When I called to find out why, I was very rudely told the services had been canceled, but no one could tell me who canceled services or why they were canceled. I was told the person in charge is Rose Ibe, whom I never got to speak with because she 'wasn't in at the moment'. John, a nurse, told me he'd find out the information and call me back. Still waiting for that call!! One bright spot in my dealings with St Francis.....a very professional & knowledgable man named Felix originally came to do the initial evaluation for occupational therapy. He explained a lot to me about my goals for therapy and what the process would be. He seems to be the only intelligent, patient-centered employee at St Francis. So sad he's surrounded by unprofessional, incompetent co-workers.

Medicaid fraud!!! All about money and lying about hours. I hope the state goes after Rose. Medicaid fraud to the fullest. Plz make sure u know exactly how many hours or they say a unit is a vist. Drop as a patient before finding another homehealth with blood clot issue. Have port a Cath and have to be accessed every day with needle all because they want to be able to charge insurance for more unessasary visits. Gave me nurse that didn't know how to access port also. Very unsanitary no training poked me 4 time every time and last time he was here poked me 4 time and couldn't access because of lack of training. Reported them to the state. Because it is against the law for a homehealth to drop u before having another one. This is not right especially because I have already had pulmonary embolisms two time not including 6 dvts. Lack skills and overall compassion.

If i could give zero stars i would ive been trying to get a wound care change of a picc line dressing since over a week now, first they call me and ask for my information and they say they would call me back they never did, and then i call back again later on just for them to pass me to another person and telling me at the end of the day that I'm not even in their system ! Today 10-7-2022 supposedly a nurse was on her way to my home she called me and them asked if i only needed wound care services, so she tells me she would call her boss then call me back, and its been over more than an hour that was said to me they should shut down this suppose "home health agency" so unprofessional and incompetent and they are of no help at all !
