I was referred to them by da high way 6 location when I called I asked is this a home health care agency and she said yes and I googled home health care agencies that accepts united health care and they came up I called them and ms. Teresa then tells me da owner Mr. James will call me back when he called he said he can send me a provider he asks me to call my insurance which I did then my caseworker called me back 9/10/25 and said they said they will call her back and 9-16-25 I filed a complaint and my caseworker called me back saying that they never called her back then I called them back and a woman said da owner was out of town he got back 9/15/25 and 9/14/25 my apartment was broken into I think they had something to do with it da woman was like you got to pay out of pocket for provider services I had told them my address to I feel like they should a reached back out to us better. It say caregiver services to they send people to yo house to break in and steal when you are away from home they a say you got memory problems which a cause them to put you in a group home they have bad people there.

My family and I will forever be grateful for the incredible support Griswold has provided to us when we needed it the most. We had called other agencies and most of them were impersonal and so slow to provide help - Griswold immediately treated us like family, they were able to provide help within a day and have been available to help with anything we needed as my dad recovers. I specially want to mention the wonderful caregiver that’s worked with us Zipporah. She has become part of the family - she is caring, talented and thoughtful - she doesn’t just treat it as a job, you can tell she genuinely cares about the wellbeing and progress my dad is making as he recovers. She has been a God sent and we’ll forever be grateful for the care she has provided.

Griswold Southwest takes excellent care of my mother and has been doing so for over 2 years now. Caretakers are professional , compassionate, and responsible, doing a very difficult job with grace. Janet is my mom's own particular angel, but all their caretakers are well-trained. On the rare occasions when there are problems, the front office steps in, making sure a fill-in caretaker is available when needed, solving all problems and helping to adjust and clearly communicate caretaker duties as my mother's health fails. They also work well in coordinating care with mom's nursing home. They were recommended to me and I recommend this Griswold branch to anyone. My gratitude is endless.

I used Griswold to transport my family member to and from physical therapy for several months as I work during the day. All of the staff at the office and the caregivers who came out to help Don were fantastic - Don has aphasia so had difficulty communicating but the caretakers were so patient. They helped him to get to and from the car to go to PT, helped him do his at- home assigned PT exercises, and made sure he had lunch. They even picked up the kitchen, swept the floors and delivered me messages from his physical therapist. Everyone of the caregivers made Don feel at home with them and when you are dealing with someone with physical limitations and communication difficulties - that is so important. I hope it will be awhile but I will be reaching out to them anytime he needs help.

Andria and Jessica have been so very helpful in setting up Charmaine as a caregiver for my son, Mark, who has ALS. Even when we had to request a change in preset dates, it was done with kindness and efficiency. We have been very pleased with the personal interaction and professionalism we have had with Griswold.
