Blooming Hearts Essence Homecare gave us peace of mind and helped us get back on track! My husband and I reached out to Blooming Hearts Essence Homecare when we needed assistance caring for my husband’s elderly parents. Unfortunately my husband’s step-father was prematurely placed in hospice during the covid pandemic by a corrupt hospice company which led to him missing important doctor’s appointments and developing physical dependency on medication he did not even need to take. His health in return quickly deteriorated and required more demanding care than before his hospice placement; which became too physically demanding for my mother in law who was his primary caregiver. When my husband and I learned that his mother and stepfather were unaware that they were signing up for hospice when they were approached, all we wanted to do was make things right. We attempted to take his stepfather out of hospice and help him catch up with the doctors appointments that he had missed; this consumed more time than my husband and I had and was very difficult. So we reached out to Blooming Hearts Essence Homecare and they came to the home for a meeting to discuss the care needs. We were onboard for care to start as soon as possible for 3 days per week. The caregiver that came helped with not only driving my in laws to the doctors appointments, but also grocery shopping, and help around the house. Within a couple weeks my husbands stepfather was all caught up with his doctors appointments and both elderly parents had improved in health! My husband and I were extremely grateful for the compassionate and thorough care provided by Blooming Hearts Essence Homecare. They gave us the peace of mind of knowing our elderly parents are taken care of when we are unable to always be with them and even rehabilitated my husband’s stepfather’s well-being.

We were given two excellent caregivers and Teresia followed up to make sure all of our needs were being met. They all were so helpful with the passing of my dad. We could not have done this on our own.

Terrible company, only care about who pays the bill. Caregivers weren't great and didn't show concern when my mom got COVID.

This agency is truly wonderful.. The staff is very accommodating. Polite, caring, and professional. I recommend highly.
