RIGHT AT HOME

The services provided by Right At Home have been outstanding. My husband is 90 years old and has Parkinsons Disease. From my first phone call, through the caregiving process, and continuing on, our needs have been met, our questions answered, in a professional, friendly, and caring manner. Our caregiver, Millie, is like a gift in stressful times. She brings such positive energy into our home. She is so capable, warm and caring- and fun! She is clearly devoted to her work and her clients.

My mom is 96 years old and after a series of falls, we hired care givers from Right at Home to help her manage. We are so pleased with the way Mary, Ashley, and Amber care for her. They are compassionate, and very caring and look after her every need.

I was at my wits ends knowing that I had a vacation planned and my mother began indicating that leaving her alone unchecked was unsafe. After speaking with Jess and Julissa, I felt that Right at Home services was perfect for our needs; they would be a fit with the current situation. Julissa interviewed my mother and noted recommendations in a binder for the companions. I was not disappointed, Molly and Sue were able to motivate my mother to resume puzzles again. They handled light house as well. They were perfect for our situation; they provided companionship and reliable. The best compliment I can give is that my mom is a very negative person, nothing is ever right. Not one complaint from her regarding her companions assigned to her. My mom was proud of her completion of the puzzle. I had heard rumors from others with experiences with other agencies how the aides did not show up causing missed employment issues and finding valuables missing. I did not experience any of these concerns and plan on a continued relationship with Right at Home services.

I had another home care agency that was horrible. They pulled people off the street to train. I had 3 bad experiences with them and was ready to give up. I had a visiting nurse who persuaded not to do that. He found "Right at Home" for me. I called the VA and asked to use thier services. On a Tuesday the VA contacted then. The same night Nicole called to make an appointment for the next day. She was very professional, informative and kind. She listened to my needs and concerns and assured .e they could help. The very next day Nana started. When she pulled up a d got out of the car I had a really good feeling. She is everything I had hoped for and more. She superseded the other 3 her very first day. It only got better from there. She is amazing, kind, considerate, professional and trustworthy worthy. I could not give a better recommendation then Right at Home. They will meet beat and surpass your expectations. Thank you Nana and Nicole for everything. I spoke with Mellisa who schedules and she said Beatrice is avaliable. After the problems I had with the last agency I was nervous, but I greed to try. Thank God I did, she also is amazing. Vert professional and caring. I cannot recommend this agen y enough. Melissa thank yiu so much for a great recommendation. Wait I can't forget about Jesse. I am not the most computer literate person. Jesse helped me out so I could tell everyone who is interested, just how amazing "Right At Home" really is. If they have someone who is top notch, I haven't dealt with them. I recently had a surgery scheduled that would leave me immobilized for several weeks, and I needed help getting to the hospital, future DR appointments, personal care, and regular household tasks I wouldn’t be able to perform while recovering. A friend of mine tried to convince me to go through care.com, but I decided to contact Right At Home (RAH) first because I needed to be certain caregivers would be here when needed, and didn’t want to take the chance of a person I picked was sick or had other conflicts. I wanted the assurance of having an entire team supporting me, and not just one caregiver I picked from a website. After I spoke with Jess from RAH, I felt confident that this would be the best option as she was extremely helpful in understanding my care needs, answering all of my questions, and making me feel confident in the services they could provide. The choice to have RAH provide my care was definitely the right decision. I was able to get the care I needed, when I needed it, and some days even required multiple caregivers due to the length of time required to help me get through the day. The primary caregivers I had were Nana and Terri, and both proved invaluable in helping me through the various stages of recovery. On top of that, Nicole, Jess and other staff members would check in regularly to see how things were going and even stopped in to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Based on the level of care and support I received, I will use RAH for all future care needs if they arise.
