Angels Homecare Services

We have been using Angels Homecare for 10 months and have been very happy with the caregivers they have provided. For 9 months, we had a young woman providing 5 day per week/24-hour care. She was incredibly kind, giving and really cared about my parents. She became part of our family and called my parents grandma and grandpap. Unfortunately, my dad had a fall and now requires more physical care, but Angels Homecare was able to find us 2 male caregivers that are providing 24/7 care. It has only been a short while, but they have been very reliable and attentive. We are very happy that we chose Angels Homecare!!

I started with Angel’s Homecare in 2024. I am very pleased with my choice to use Angel’s Homecare. Ariane patiently worked with me to find the right caregivers for my Mother. She always found a replacement for my caregiver if they needed time off. In Addition, they helped me with the paperwork needed for insurance. My caregivers are gold! I referred Angel’s to others in need, which confirms my confidence with the very capable and kind service they provide!

This facility is above and beyond anything I ever could’ve imagined it to be. The caring, love, respect that the CAREGIVER showed my mother for five months, got her to the point where she could once again live independently. The Filipino caregivers are above and beyond any other nationality caregivers that I’ve experienced through friends and family members. They are reliable, responsible, and go above and beyond what is expected of them with the patient they have in the home that they are in. If for some reason, the caregiver gets sick or has to leave for any reason, they are immediately replaced so you will never be left without someone taking care of your family member which is very unusual. Most people are scrambling to find someone to care of their loved one but not Angel home health Care. They also call and check in with the patient and their family to make sure everything is running smoothly. There’s not a doubt in my mind that this is the number one agency that you should call for care for your family member. I have recommended several people already And they are pleased as well.

My Mom is becoming older and in need of assistance on a consistent basis. I contacted Angels Homecare and within a few days had a meet and greet with a potential caregiver. The caregiver was very nice, caring and respectful towards my Mom. I initially chose Angels HomeCare because of the background checks, training and insurance they carry on their caregivers. However after meeting the caregiver I felt that Mom was in good hands. Unfortunately Mom is not ready to accept outside help at this point and we discontinued services after a few visits. Once she is more willing to accept outside help I know Angels Homecare is just a phone call away!

James P. and Reggie have done wonders for my dad. They both are very compassionate and caring. They had him exercising after his hip surgery and continue to still work with him. They keep his spirits up since he suffers from dementia. He is eating better than before he went into the hospital and is maintaining his weight. They make him move around and change positions throughout the day. They get him outside for some fresh air when the weather is nice. If they were not there he would sit in front of the TV all day. When my mother recently was hospitalized I asked James if he could stay overnight with my dad and work a double. He had no issues. I called Katrina and asked if I could go back to 24/7 care for my dad and there was no problem starting that immediately, since my dad needs someone there during the night. I asked if Reggie was available since he knows my dad and his needs. There was no issue Katrina made sure that and I got Reggie. James and Reggie had great teamwork and communicated well at shift change. Anytime James or Reggie need anything they will call me immediately. James and Reggie have had a lot of great suggestions that have helped my dad.
