The staff at vital sign home care is amazing. Everyone at vital cares about the residents. The facility is well managed and is always clean!! The activities they have for the residents are out of this world. At my work place which is at university of Maryland Miles was in the waiting room with the resident that was trying be seen the care for the lady miles was giving was very heart warming. I Just want to say to everyone at vital sign home care keep up the great work you guys are awesome and I highly recommend this assist living for a place of stay for your loved one for those reading this review.

BEWARE- My daughter was dropped from services because a caregiver made false complaints about our pets (our dogs were crated/locked in a separate area of the house)none of which were investigated the caregiver that made the allegations had only worked 1 4hr shift with my daughter she was not friendly and very little help. the caregiver we had previously was never contacted to see if there was any validity to these accusations and no one from the agency came out to our home to investigate or discuss the situation instead they discontinued services for a young women who is a tripelegic without a second thought No Compassion and Very Unprofessional We’ve had nursing and caregivers for my daughter at different times throughout her life (she was injured at 4 yrs old and is now a young adult) We’ve had many different people from several different agencies in and out of the home and this is the 1st time we’ve ever had an issue like this so it was very disheartening to see the way the agency handled the situation Thankfully my daughter has friends and family to step in and help until we find someone new to help her I cant imagine how badly things would’ve been if she didn’t have that support Think twice before using this company

I used Vital Signs Nursing for a couple of years when my mother, who was losing her memory, came to live with me. All of the caregivers were wonderful and truly cared about my mother. I felt very secure leaving her in their care. They would even take my mother to the senior and out to lunch! I would definitely recommend them and, if I hadn’t moved my mother to a residential facility, would still be using them today.
