Horrible horrible horrible....this company does not have a dedicated staff. They will have multiple caregivers coming in and out of your loved ones home.
The VA needs to cancel this company from their lost of caregiver programs.
According to the folk who are employed, they stated that this company underpay their staff hence the reason no one stays.....RUN!!! For consistent, stable care this company sadly is not it.
Almost every worker has complained about the pay and staff with this company.
Denise is rude. She will speak over you and give an excuse as to why they can't keep staff. If you treat your staff well, they will stay. This is an honest and current review. If I could give one star i would.

I have been a part of the ComForCare family as a consumer of services and consultant. Jenette Young, its' owner is professional and operates at a consistently high standard and requires the same of her staff.  The ComForCare staff supported my family as they assisted in the care of my father.  The caregivers were competent, respectful, patient and equally motivated to enhance my father's quality of life.  I took comfort in knowing that my father was in good hands.   As a consultant, I have observed the office and nursing staff initiate services for new clients with short notice and make necessary schedule adjustments as requested by existing clients; always seeking to please the client whenever possible.  The availability of staff on a 24/7 basis maximizes client satisfaction and minimizes frustration.  I highly recommend this company for its' expertise in home care services.

ComForCare provided a family member with excellent care for over 10 years. Without the excellent and consistent service provided by CFC, my family would have experienced severe hardship. In December 2019, a dear friend was in need of immediate 24 hour care which the Owner, Mrs. Jenette Young, provided within 2 hours. I was able to establish a schedule that met the needs of the client and provided her out of town relatives with comfort knowing their loved one was safe.
