I have been with Prudential for a little over a year and I have been more than impressed with how considerate they are to their workers and their clients. They always provide pay timetables and so I know when to expect my money and I plan my funds accordingly. Zakky especially is one supervisor who is always willing to help and she is ever so patient with me. She checks on my clients when she’s able to and that speaks to how good of a worker she actually is.

DO NOT select this agency for your caregiving needs. Unprofessional,  unreliable. Poor customer client/service.
Update:
I put in for an agency change. Once Prudential found out, things got worse. Every day, the aide said it was a different task that she had been performing she not suppose to do. Today, she just quit!!! Prudential didn't even bother to call!!

Omg, The company in Evergreen Park is the wors . The two supervisors Dominique and Brea are the rudest uncaring individuals I've came in contact with with and the workers are ALWAYS late. I'm switching companies immediatel . Expect poor service as well as customer service from this location and those individuals.
