Home Helpers is an amazing company and organization. We needed help for my mom who had terminal cancer and in less than 24 hours from our initial phone call, Kim and Barb were at my mom’s bed side. They are client/family centered and did their best to try to match her to their team of caregivers. The care was truly a gift from God we got two Aides that were incredibly helpful, kind and organized.. Clair is an amazing caregiver and literally cried when my mom passed away. I can’t say enough good things about her and this company.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Helpers of Media. The communication with me was fabulous and their willingness to change around the schedule was amazing. Mom’s caregiver, Annie was so good to her. Barb was the best in keeping me up to date with Mom’s needs and also a great support as the family went through this difficult time. As needs changed, they helped with solutions.

My parents had assistance from Home Helpers for the last couple years. At first they were in the home during the day and then day and overnight. All those employed by HH that we were associated with were kind loving and always professional. I highly recommend this organization

Home Helpers provided 24/7 care for my mom during the last year of her life as she battled ALS. I can not say enough great things about this company so it's hard to know where to begin! Kim, the owner...Barb, the managing director for Delaware County...and Jone, the scheduler ( but so much more!) were all of our regular contacts at Home Helpers and they are THE BEST!! This is such a quality business. Barb and Kim would stop in announced and unannounced to visit, make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if there was anything my mom or the family needed. They were always very hands on! My mom's needs were ever changing and they met those needs every single time. Home Helpers worked hard to provide my mom with aides that met her physical needs as well as being a good match personality wise. I believe that this company is able to employ top notch aides because they not only have a great reputation with clients and in the community, but also as an employer. I would often ask the aides how they liked working for Home Helpers and every single time it was a positive reply! Most of them had worked for other home aide companies prior, and said that there was a big ( good!) difference as far as how they were treated, benefits etc. The aides were always on time, trustworthy, competent, caring, kind...I could go on and on! It says a lot that after my mom passed, several of the aides that were able to, attended her funeral services along with Kim and Barb. Barb stopped by weeks later to visit my Dad and make sure he was doing ok. Multiple aides called, texted, left notes on his door that they'd missed him but had stopped by while in his building. To me, these things all show how genuine the employees are. My mom has 5 daughters and we were all very involved and protective of her as was my Dad. We interviewed 5 or 6 home aide companies before signing on with Home Helpers and we were very thorough and picky! Sincerely so happy with our choice and so grateful for them. GREAT COMPANY!! Highly recommend !!

Very pleased with the care given to my mom. They are very accommodating and the care aids are so friendly and help in so many ways. I highly recommend!
