For Home Nursing I did want to Recommend "Regina." She was my daughter's nurse and we just thought the world of her. She did a wonderful job of monitoring and keeping track of my daughter's health and always advising us what to do for every given situation. She is extremely knowledgeable about just about everything and having her around was a huge resource, especially since we are not from Miami. She is just extremely knowledgeable and helpful on just about everything you can think of, health-wise and everything else too. She is just a big bucket full of knowledge, advice, resources, and "who to call, where to go, what to do, and how to do it." Furthermore, there were times she went all the way out of her way to buy us nasal canulas and emergency items that we can't be without. Now that is a true nurse, always making sure a patient is cared for and equipped with what they need. She is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, helpful, resourceful, person and just a wonderful nurse. We really enjoyed having her around and she really helped so much in every situation and the obstacles that always come up when you have a sick child. We wish we could pack her up and take her with us to Texas but we can't so I just want to put in a good recommendation so that anyone who is needing a great nurse will be able to find her. I can't say enough on what a big asset she was to us and our family just really, really loved her.

This place, the service and the personnel are awful. The most unprofessional, unethical people I've ever met and absolutely DO NOT deserve to be in the health care field. La Fortune is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I've ever came into contact with, (she yells at you, she calls you names, she hangs up on you, she lets your loved one wait for days to provide service) she treated my mother a dying woman with cancer the most horrendous way and all my family included. I DO NOT recommend this place at all and their licensed should actually be revoked because there is zero compassion, zero advocacy, zero fidelity towards the patient and zero everything that involves providing care to the sick ones. Run for your lives and do no let this people treat your loved ones. If a hospital assigns this people to you, PLEASE request a change, because they will let your love one die.

Five Starts, Green Cross has been on the Home Care Business for more than 20 years, I have seen Mrs La Fortune performing her duties and DON, Administrator and owner with a tremendous love and passion for their patients. It is a disgrace that unsatisfied patients issues are related with Insurances authorizations and the poor communication between HMO's and their insureds ( patients ), putting Agencies like Green Cross in the worse position with patient they take care of. This Agency that have been rendering services to all types of patient from 0 to 115 y/o for more than 20 years deserve 5 starts. Thanks for still be there for our love's ones !
