Worst experience ever. I had foot surgery on September 3. The VA was negligent in getting me a home care consult for about 15 days and then this company received authorization to take over my care. Allways received the authorization -and the time until they actually provided a caregiver was 10 days, so I was without care in a foot cast in a home full of stairs and supposed to keep my foot elevated and was advised by my md that I would not have good outcomes if I did nkt follow post care instructions. When I tried to hold them accountable initially for not providing care, they threatened to cancel and accused me of being hostile in an attempt to Darvo me. They blame shifted it to me and reprimanded me for their failure to do what they were contracted to do which is provide caregiver 9 hours a week. After threatening to dump me that same afternoon, a woman named Tonya contacted me and said that she would make it right, came the next day, signed a contract and left me again with no care. It wasn't until the following Monday that someone arrived. Worse they had no one at all and were finally that last Friday-orienting "Von". I got exactly 2- three hour sessions with Von before that next Friday. She worked Monday and Wednesday and called in sick after she was already supposed to have arrived on Friday. Cindy did not provide an alternate. She then didn't arrive on Monday and they said that she told them it was too far to drive from Goodlettsville to Gallatin. They again provided no alternate claiming they had nobody. They said they were getting me a caregiver named Taylor but it would take a few few days for her background check to come back so here I am in a cast with a house full of stairs and my stove is upstairs, so I can't even cook for myself or follow any of my MD orders to elevate my foot. By state law, they must provide an alternate. I got a call from the VA today saying that they "Allways" just couldn't provide care anymore because I'm "Behavioral" according to the "office staff". It seems that the only behavioral person is the woman behind the desk who continues to send people out to sign contracts when she has no caregivers to provide care for them. They were signing contracts with new clients and had no one for me. They reprimand and accuse the client of being at fault when they breech contracts. Also, the caregiver at the end of the second day looked at me and said you're not "mean at all" and I inquired further. She said "they said that you're mean and they had to have a conversation with you to make sure you weren't going to misbehave". This is the first I heard of that conversation but they attempted to create hostility between my care partner and I. She said "I see now that that's not the case that you were just holding them accountable for their behavior because you haven't been mean since I've been here". In fact, she left with gifts for her four-year-old autistic daughter that I provided. They canceled my care is because somebody called an APS report and now they are in trouble for failing to provide care. They have a lot of fines coming, and now they're trying to punish me as the patient for their failure to provide care by falsely accusing me, failing to provide a back up when my caregiver called out two separate days and had no plan as of Monday. I went 17 days without care in the care of this caregiving company and actually haven't had except for the two days that I had a caregiver for three hours. Please do not trust your loved one with this company or your loved one is liable to just be completely alone with no chance of survival.

NEVER EVER use this company!!!! They are HORRIBLE. Unreliable unprofessional workers! Will leave you high and dry if your caretaker cancels on you that day! Our caretaker even asked me if she could take the narcotics prescribed ONLY for my family member and sell them for money!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I should’ve known when I saw they had a 2.5 rating on here but I ignored it and gave them benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Absolutely the worst service agency I have experienced. You may have had all 7 days a week but you will be lucky to get 1 or 2.
