CKCG HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC

I am a paraprofessional through Ace Community Support Services. I provide case management services to my mental health clients connecting them to resources and community linkages. In this instance I was attempting to get a client of mine medication management services through CKCG as well as in home custodial care. The services my client was previously receiving consisted of inconsistent service providers and services, lack of care or initatitive to change the circumstances on managements behalf and ultimately just being unable to reach a supervisor or care coordinator for up to 4 months. I was really disappointed until I realized one of the representatives at CKCG (Tamira) was in full support of my client and even went beyond her call of duty to also attempt to reach the previous provider. Tamira called to follow up with me on a weekly basis no matter how long it took and no matter how frustrating the process was. My client has now been receiving services from CKCG for several months now and we are both very happy with the dedication this company and its employees demonstrate to its clients and providers such as myself. Thanks Tamira and CKCG for all of your help. I will definitely link other clients to CKCG for healthcare services in the future. ~Alyce Keys

CKCG IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE LIARS AND THEY DON'T SEND CNA TO YOUR HOME. YOUR LOVED ONES WON'T RECEIVE THEY HELP YOU NEED. HEALTH AIDS COME AND GO. THEY DON'T SEND REPLACEMENT AND THEY CALL LYING ON YOU TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD. I TOLD THEM I DON'T NEED SERVICES AND THANK YOU AND THEY CALL VISITING NURSING LIKE THEY CANCELLED SERVICES LOL. THEY WON'T GET PAID... THEY'RE A HORRIBLE AGENCY. ALL THEIR WORKERS TALKED ABOUT HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE WHILE BEING HERE AND HOW THEY DON'T GET PAID. LOL
