All the caregivers have been really great with our mom. They are patient with memory loss issues and work to encourage her with her PT. Lynnea (owner) has been awesome to work with. She is exceptionally responsive and always listens to any concerns. She manages changes in schedules or requests gracefully. I don't know how we would do this without her.

The team at Home Watch Caregivers North Shore are the most compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable group of professionals I have ever worked with. The average tenure of their caregivers is over 10 years!!! Their main goal is to create the best quality of life for their families and clients!!!

We are so pleased with everyone at Homewatch. The caregivers are like family to us and the administrative staff are amazing. The company is run by very caring people who always consider what is best for their clients. We have used other agencies in the past and Homewatch is number one.

This is a review of my SECOND experience with this amazing group. Lynnea, Manager, is terrific. And my amazing care-giver Foluke was more than I could have ever asked for. Please read my first review below - only the names have changed. A five -star responsible, compassionate, trustworthy, reliable resource. When I called Homewatch CareGivers I did not know what to expect. I was calling for myself as I was having elective surgery and needed someone to pick me up and possibly stay with me. My first call was answered by Kathy Nichols, Manager. Kathy was warm, personable, listened and HEARD my needs and immediately provided me with a reasonable game plan with pricing. This was my first and only call. Kathy’s knowledge and expertise coupled with just a down-to-earth approach said to me I had found my match. Homewatch CareGivers should be your first call - it will be your only one. I feel so very fortunate bc Lupe picked me up from surgical center, drove me home, helped me get comfortable, reminded me to turn my phone back on etc. She stayed for a couple of hours. Lupe returned day two bc I had to shower and just wanted someone else in the house, she helped me with bandages and applying required meds She was simply a responsible delight
