This is such an amazing company! When my cousin was discharged from the hospital we were told a nurse was coming out within 48 hours and they did!!! They have an amazing caring staff. The owner herself is so kind she made herself available 24/7 and even gave my family her personal cell. If you are in need this is the home care agency I would definitely recommend! Thank you Rose and Gigi for making sure my cousin got better 🙂

My family has been very fortunate to have Never encountered home health care like this company provides ! They are unprofessional. They skip patients . their ideal of a stat order from the doctor (to be seen within 24 hours ) is wait more than 48 hours to provide care . If someone on their nursing staff can not get to you on the day They are scheduled to see you. It does not matter this company will just move you to the next day or the day after that and they don’t see a problem with that. When I spoke with the owner of the company, she made it abundantly clear , that they work for the insurance company ,not for the patient. And definitely not for the doctor. I was told by the owner that the insurance company gives them 48 hours to respond and that they can change the appointment because of the insurance companies rules. So therefore this company is about the dollar , not about quality care and they are definitely not professional. Pass this company up if you value your life or the lives of your family. We used home health with my 94-year-old mother for 11 years and we have never ran across a company as disorganized and unprofessional as this company. We’ve never had a home health company, that worked for the insurance company , placing the needs of the patient 2nd . Run, as if you life depends on it . Because with this company , it really does!

I have a nurse miss Jennifer who is the best nurse I ever had, she spends time listening to me. She is very caring and understanding. I'm happy to have her. Will use her again
