The Caring Hearts team was great with my Dad and I'm so glad we chose them for in home care. Jay was a really good partner and helped give us advice for a situation we had no experience with. They communicated well, organized a care team based on my Dad's needs, and were flexible when his care needs changed. The back office team including Jenny were communicative and responsive at every step of the way. My family couldn't have done it without them and I would recommend Caring Hearts to anyone in the So Cal area with in home care needs for a loved one.

Jay was very accommodating on very short notice. He explained their rates in detail. Rates are quite high but we lived Connie. Caregiver Connie was extremely comforting, kind, friendly. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. Her husband is an excellent cook! Our time with her was only 3 days. We waited too long to get help.

Caring Hearts is an excellent caregiving company. I've needed several types of care for my 90-year-old mother. She was very healthy, living independently, then fell and broke her arm badly. We didn't need skilled nursing care, but we needed 24-hour care to feed, bathe, get around without falling, wake up in the middle of the night when she needed to go to the bathroom, take medications, and comfort her when she was miserable. We had 3 caregivers who rotated shifts and all were excellent. They went shopping and took her to physical therapy appointments. After 2.5 months, she was well on the way to recovery, and spent several months with my sister, but since she's come back home to live on her own, Caring Hearts has provided someone in the evening to cook dinner for her and keep her company (Mom still has limited function in her dominant arm), as well as take her to physical therapy and shop. Sheila is wonderful. The owner Jay is very responsive by phone, email and text and the few times there have been emergency substitutions or delays in the caregiver arriving, he’s always handled it promptly. I will continue to use Caring Hearts.

The care that my father received was great. The only issue we had was with invoicing, but that was resolved. Thank you.
