We would like to express our profound gratitude for the exceptional care my father received with Comfort Keepers. Each member of your staff was not only caring and sensitive to his needs, but went above and beyond to ensure his comfort. There is one specific person that stood out to us. Her name is, Rita. Her dedication provided my father dignity and peace throughout his end-of-life journey, and we are eternally grateful for her and all of Comfort Keepers support. Thank you Rita. You will always have a special place in my heart.

Our father went into Hospice and we found Comfort Keepers to help the family with around the clock care. My immediate contact was Meghan Raabe. From the 1st day she worked to sure all of our needs were met even when she was off the clock. Her consistency and hard work gave us so much support and reduced our overall anxiety. She staffed the most amazing team of care givers. Guadalupe, Destiny, Ruth, Maricruz, Nereyda ( Netty) ,and Amanda. They were kind, aware, extremely skilled , and overall perfect for our needs during this difficult time. Meghan was the comfort glue for us. She kept in close contact and checked on us often . Melissa and Cecilia also helped us with scheduling needs. The night our father passed , Destiny was there to alert us so our family could all be with him. Destiny also stayed to take care of him even after he had passed away. It was so touching. We are grateful to you all beyond words. The care was warm, and their skills and professionalism were outstanding. Our family will be recommending Comfort Keepers and their incredible team to all of our friends and family. Instead of 5 stars, we give them 1000 STARS!! Thank you for all , for what you did for us , we will never forget you!! 💕🦌

This is the #1 best. My mom is very happy with there care. The people are extremely professional, they take health care as there priority .Malissa is my favorite they are all so much like her . On top of everything. From calling the office to anything urgent. My mom and I and my brother are so happy. Raina has been keeping my mom happy and healthy.i also want to thank Christina for stopping to help my mom my mom is so thankful. Very professional, friendly and responsive organization. With my husband ill in hospital, I was anxious to have some home help available upon his return. We could not predict in advance what his needs would be or when he would be sent home. I phoned the office on a Friday and was promptly provided with some information and a contact number to set up a home care assessment. We were sent home Monday afternoon, I then phoned the scheduler who was prompt and very helpful, and on Tuesday we had a visit from Comfort Keepers manager for patient assessment. Meghan was friendly, clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and practical. She inspired great confidence. We were amazed at how well my husband was doing. She gave us some very helpful advice to order a safety frame for the shower, and gave her honest opinion that my husband was doing so well that we did not need their services. This was a real boost to our confidence, and having such a direct and 'from the heart' assessment just shows what a sincere and trustworthy organization this is. If the situation changes, we will certainly be contacting them again

Comfort Keepers has been amazing while helping my family with care for a loved one. Their caregivers and staff have been such a tremendous help and have taught us so much about caring for someone with dementia. We couldn’t ask for a better team!
