Heather Edwards has been my Caregiver startinaand ay 2. I previously have had 2 different ones that have not worked out. They have quit one supposedly due to the house cats the second because she went back to RN positions. Heather has absolutely been a delight and caring caregiver. She is always punctual, positive, willing to do anything I ask. She is right by my side ready to help with whatever and wherever I need. Having a had surgery with some complications of late she especially had been my dominant hand where need be. Never complaining just responding affirmative that she'd gladly do. She has Bern here every day she is scheduled. She is flexible when I have to adjust a time that a physician has yo schedule during her scheduled time. She doesn't just cancel like the others have done to suit her by adjusts so it works for both of us. She has even worked the holidays. She feels that personal necessity for her clients don't stop because it's a holiday or a weekend. SHE PUTS THE CARE IN CAREGIVER! She will even sit down and help me peel potatoes on occasion when I just can't handle it. Never making me feel negative about myself but lifting me up. I don't know how she does it all never taking a day off.. I have told The Agency on Aging how fortunate I have been blessed to have received Heather in my life to help and especially to have someone that I feel I can totally trust. Before she leaves each day she always asks, Is there anything else I would like her to do? That says something about the worker and her standards. I just wanted to express to you how well I have been blessed with Heather and I only hope your other clients have the same standard of worker helping them. Thank you for listening.
