Our compassionate caregivers can provide help with all of the everyday tasks of daily living like meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, bathing and assistance with dressing–and much more, depending on the needs of the client. And our nursing staff can provide virtually any skilled care services needed in order to keep disabled little ones or adults safe and functioning at home, regardless of the illness or disability. Interesting reviews. This company started with my parents in Oct, 2023.
After months of employees not arriving on time or at all; no calling ahead to notify; difficult to work with director, (Erica) and then there's Angie, who was constantly dictating as to what she will and will not do. She also had no issues with accepting personal money. (Yes, she absolutely did! $1000's of dollars with multiple sob stories; can't fill her gas tank....but she has money for cigarettes!) She's good at kissing butt of the client & trashing them behind their backs....and trashing the kids who have already spent years caring for said high- maintenance parents. (One now has a major heart condition from stress, & is not expected to outlive parents). She sowed quite a lot of division, turning the parents against the kids. Didn't realize how much until she was gone...whew! Moving to Eden several months ago was a gr8 move.
Great company and employees! Liz in the office goes out of her way to make sure that each client receives the care they need.
Wonderful company and great communication.
