Very unreliable staff. Every day we have to wonder if someone is going to show up, a lot of times the answer is no. I would not recommend this company to anyone that needs someone to come into the home and take care of a loved one.

I just wanted to give kudos to Right at Home St. Louis for the excellent care they provide for one of my clients that requires 24 hour private duty care (Alzheimer's/Dementia). Right at Home has been providing 24 hour care for almost 2 years. I am the Geriatric Care Manager that provides oversight of the household and their caregivers provide the actual care for our client. All of the caregivers do an excellent job of making sure our client's needs are met, but also make sure she is happy and doing exactly what she wants to do, whether it is going out to eat for breakfast or lunch, for ice cream, to the grocery store, etc. Even when she is being a pistol, they just seem to know how to work with her and redirect her, at least 99% of the time. Ha! I especially adore her full time day time caregiver that she spends the most waking hours with, Carol R. She has been with her the longest. They have a very special bond. I can trust Carol R. to follow through with anything I need done for our client. The family (long distance) also appreciates all of the caregivers as well. She is able to remain at home, which has always been her wish. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone, especially for one of my family members!

I was very reluctant to have a caregiver in my home but after I tried Right at Home I am so glad I did. The caregiver treats my husband as s friend not just a job. Besides the excellent caregiver, Right at Home is very easy to work with. They are always available when I need to contact them and flexible with scheduling.

I refer families to Right at Home for home care often. I have heard only great responses from families that have chosen Right at Home for their loved ones. They give that one on one care that families are looking for when wanting to keep their senior loved one safe at home.
