Kwa agency. My mom had KWA. Now I have KWA, Agency. I had good caregivers. But I had bad CARE givers. I learn that two such CARE givers I had miss conduct issues with. Are still working for the company. To me. It's wrong. Kwa puts caregiver staff concerns over the clients concerns. When kwa gets paid like any other agency gets PAID to care for vulnerable adults and kids. You get a job. You get paid to perform a service. Not neglect or miss treat with a bad attitude to, any client. In your care. I've had good CAREGIVERS. I've had bad CARE givers. Who lied. Stole. Basically sat. Did nothing. I have friends who allso had SIMULAR issues. I too.with other AGENCYs too. Bad behavior is rewarded. My recommendation is. Hire a I'P CNA. Better off. I'm shock that these two caregivers are still WORKING. Not right. Me as a client. I do not MATTER. Not good. .

Since they don’t update the care plans, many of the clients have WAY MORE HOURS THAN NEEDED. They won’t fix it because they get that extra money. Clients have the right to feel comfortable in their home and confident with their caregivers. With that being said the company isn’t strict enough on the clients about pushing boundaries. They often ask you to do things you ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO and when you say no they fire you or become extremely hard to work with. Refusing to do things that aren’t even listed in the care plan. When you tell the supervisor, they try to make the client feel right And then tell you they’re wrong. They also don’t encourage breaks. Unless my client can’t be left alone, I’m entitled to a break away from my client. I’m a caregiver, not a servant. They don’t train their employees good enough and hire almost anyone. One of my clients had a bedsore on their whole backside from not being cared for. The supervisors ignore the clients and though they do speak English, need to work on it even further to understand client needs. Even though the pay is high, it’s hard getting hours consistently. If you ask the clients, they aren’t happy with their care.

Very Disappointed!! I’ve had a caregiver come to my home for almost 3 months, that does next to nothing but sit on a chair and talk. I talked to her and my case manager from the state about what I need done more than once. I have given the caregiver a list of what I need done and posted it on my refrigerator . If she does anything at all it’s very poor incomplete job. Marks items on time card she doesn’t do. I don’t need a best friend to talk to. I need help around my home with household tasks etc. State Case manager said the agency would call me. I have repeatedly called the agency and left messages with no response. Today caregiver was a no show, no call. I’m done with this agency.

Don't call if you need assistance with domestic or male tenants harassment and needed legal help and or understanding .. just called and lady I spoke with after telling them I spoke with mgmt and police . Told me to call police and there's Nothing they can do to help a single woman getting terrorized daily.

Please RAISE you're gas prices for your employees their cars need to eat to. Anyway KWA had saved me, there caregiver they got for me is the best. She is so helpful and she's honest, caring, and strong and has a memory that's very impressive, course I'm comparing that memory to mine which is in question all the time . Lol My only problem is, not with her but with KWA themselves, I don't understand why you aren't raising the GAS amount for your caregivers. Gas is over $5 in some places and you guys haven't raised that in a long time. Don't you think it's time to give what your employees need.
