For us, Concierge Care has been a true blessing. Throughout this crazy journey of needing help for both of our parents with multiple physical and cognitive issues, we have been led with kindness and compassion. From, Kevin, the president, to the outstanding supervisory nurse liaison, to the dynamic scheduling team, and above it all - the incredible caregivers. Our parents are being taken care of with care and compassion. During a period when we felt completely powerless, the Concierge Team has grown to be our second family, supporting us as we navigate the incredible difficulties of taking care of our parents. Mom and Dad are treated like family members by everyone at Concierge, who watches out for them. The Concierge team as a whole exhibits consistent and dependable communication and responsiveness. Concierge care was a godsend for my mother. they’ve helped her with daily tasks that’s needed and had really good caregivers come in to help my mom that now feel like a part of the family forever. Towards my mom‘s end of life Care things became really hetic but her caregiver along with the office staff was really good to rely on And helped me out with extra days that she needed. It’s refreshing to know that these people are helping those who need it.
