I don’t use EJAI Loves HomeCare for home healthcare personally, but I’ve had the pleasure of working with their team on the IT support side. They are an absolute joy to work with—professional, responsive, and clearly committed to providing excellent care to their clients. If this is how they operate behind the scenes, I can only imagine the level of compassion and reliability they bring to families who depend on them in the Tampa Bay area. Highly recommended!
I want to start off by saying I appreciate the help from Mrs. Roslin. She deserves 5 stars! Otherwise the owner is very rude. The other people that were sent to service my grandmother either did not speak English, did not show up or bother to call, incapable of doing anything or have any knowledge of the basic things. When contacting the company regarding nurses not showing up for scheduled shifts. you can’t reach them until after 9 and they don’t even bother to send another person. You just have to do it yourself. As I am writing this review, this is the second day of no call no show and no resolution from the company.
Good morning Ester, In response to your post I would like to also address a few things. You are right about TWO things . Yes, we MUST be honest with our readers and secondly, I did in fact slack with the NEW mandated system of clocking in and clocking out. I did my best though and never gave you a problem even when I didn’t get paid by your company that I did like in the beginning due to what I thought was going to be a great work relationship between two bubbly spirited, hard working people. You appreciated me when I was doing my job UNTIL your BUS DRIVER LIED! He told you he visited my grandmother and I was not there. That is correct. I went to the store for my grandmother but she was in fact not alone and never has been but I will be posting the RING camera video of your driver spending LESS THAN a minute at a home he claimed he stopped by and had a conversation with the client and brought a food basket all in less than a min???? I informed you of this and SENT you time stamped proof of when I left and when I returned and proof of the MINUTE MAN you sent to my grandmother house. Let’s also discuss the racial slurs my grandmother supposedly stated that is JUST now being brought up but correct me if I’m wrong, I’m starting to think you have a habit of stating to every customer that leaves a bad review that they somehow was racist or said racial slurs to the worker. That is not cool especially in this day and age to state something so ridiculous. My grandmother can barely see and hear. She barely knows what I look like so I doubt she is making comments about someone skin tone or anything else. She has way more urgent things to discuss like the worker who was a no call no show? Also thank you for terminating her services just because I left a review instead of rectifying the situation. Talk about unprofessional. Then to cancel her services and not say anything until my grandmother POA reaches out about another no call no show. This is why I left a review in the first place. WORST COMPANY EVER
I am so blessed that we finally found the right Home Health Care Agency to provide The Medical Care for my son at home. The entire team is extremely supportive, caring, committed and most of all dedicated to helping those who need the best Medical Care in a home setting.
