Daniel Wright is an Awesome Supervisor! He truly listens to any questions or concerns we may have & guides us through the process. Daniel is knowledgeable, caring and understanding. An absolute joy to work with!

Not sure a much of nothing on this agency, my Dr has sent a few referrals my insurance has sent me statements saying they have approved everything but not once has this agency called me I have reached out to them 3 different times and was told once they didn't receive referrals I called my Dr and they had confirmation where lt received but my Dr went ahead and resubmitted the referral I again had to call lt this time they needed more information from Dr and they ( LT) had sent Dr some paperwork i called my Dr paperwork had been received and filled out and sent back, then I ended up in hospital off and on for almost a month but I never got missed calls but my Dr has now again sent in yet another referral since being released from the hospital. And me being on Texas medicaid and Molina insurance i have no other options in this area it's LT only ( this is not Sherri Spillers I'm on her phone ) this is Connie Spillers

Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very excited to embark on this journey with this company as they provide services for my son.

I just want to post how understanding & patient Daniel Wright & his secretaries

Update: Mrs. Latasha has got to be an angel sent my way, & the patients' way as well. No matter her stress level from: work, clientele, or home life, she always presents herself in a professional manner. She's more than over-worked, but unlike most people, she doesn't seem to let that define her, her day, or the energy she naturally exudes (one of special humans you rarely come accross). I'm genuinely impressed by her, her work ethic, & how much she really cares about the patients and her job. If I still owned my business, I'd hire her without a resume, second thought, & Id start her out at at least $18-$20 an hour (we wasn't rich, but she would have been worth every cent). I could sit here and compliment Mrs. Latasha over and over again; no lie. "Thank you for being a great human being. Thank you to your parents and family for raising someone so easy to love". And thank you for reminding me that nothing is perfect and all that good stuff. LT HOME HEALTH CARE is blessed to have someone like you on their team. As I've said before, "Everyone deserves a second, & even a third try. No one (people, companies, ect.) is perfect. Not myself, YOU, or LT Home Health, but they are a place you can trust. Even with my own qualms, I know, and knew they still cared about the people they care for.
