We recently contracted with Loving House Home Care for a short term but serious situation with my mother needing help first in her home and then for a brief time for one on one assistance in a new memory care unit as she adjusted to her new situation. Angela, our contact and who assisted us throughout, was compassionate, responsive and professional.  The staff sent to the memory care unit were great and the unit manager was very complimentary of everyone sent during this time.  Kathy, the aide sent to my mom's home prior to the transition to memory care, was amazing; very kind and definitely took great care in her interactions with my mom during this time.  I cannot emphasize how wonderful everyone was that we dealt with.  This was very reassuring during a very stressful period.  I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing care for a loved one.

Our household consists of my wife and me, with the need for care arising primarily for my wife.  The need occurred when I fell and broke my arm.  Within a day after the fall, Angela of Loving House was able to set up 24/7 coverage by her caregivers.  They have been, for the most part, consistently knowledgeable and reliable.  Several of the caregivers were outstanding.  After several months of 24/7 coverage, we felt comfortable enough to eliminate nighttime coverage.  We were sufficiently comfortable with the quality of care to recommend Loving House to a friend who needed care for his wife.

I contacted Angela when my grandfather was sick and hospice was unable to come every day to help my grandma to care for him in all the ways he needed. Angela called me back immediately and was able to find someone to help that same day I called. She texted to check on us and make sure the aid showed up and today, months after my grandpa has passed she texted just to check on me and my grandma. The aid was incredible- my grandpa loved her and my grandpa trusted her with him. Angela is amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone who truly cares to take care of your loved one.
