Everyone we met and worked with from Accessible Home Care was fantastic. They worked with our schedule and were extremely caring and compassionate. I want to thank specifically Sara, Ashlie, Tracy, and Erin for everything they did to help make my grandmother’s last days as comfortable as they could be. While staff were with her, we, her family, felt completely comfortable and confident in the care she received. Sara especially went above and beyond in her care toward grandma, and our family. I highly recommend them and I am thankful for everything they did for my grandmother.

If only there was a “100 star rating” Accessible Home Care deserves it! They have been extraordinary in every aspect of their care for my Father. This agency is all encompassing. They not only take exceptional care of the client; they service the ENTIRE family. The administrative staff, nurse ERIN, and each and every caretaker has been amazing from day one. Our Dad’s situation has changed almost daily lately. They take care of everything from scheduling to major hospitalization issues, etc… ACH handles complex situations with professionalism; but, more importantly, tremendous patience and kindness. They treat our Father with dignity and respect. He has his days and nights mixed up; so, many of my questions/needs have come to AHC during unorthodox hours. They are so accommodating and gracious. My Father has three children spread out in different towns/states. ERIN and KELLY communicate with each of us through text, calls, etc… The entire staff answers questions and resolves all issues with lightening speed. I thank God for them nightly. It seems like these ladies may have super powers. 😀🤔🤔 The caretakers KELLY, KELSEY, TREMAYNE, and ANTONIO are great. KELLY goes far beyond “normal job related duties” to help my Dad and myself literally everyday. There are no adjectives strong enough to express my gratitude for her. ERIN HUTCHENS has been remarkable in her medical care for Dad. She adopts her clients AND THEIR FAMILY as her own. She handles every issue almost immediately. Our Dad’s medical circumstances are new to all of us; and, very complex. ACH has helped us navigate this very fluid situation with such care and grace. THANK YOU!!

I have been utilizing Accessible Living for our mom for about 3 weeks now. Even though we got off on a rocky start things have smoothed out and all is going well. I will say I have had quite a bit of experience with home health for other family members over the years and this agency has by far the best caregivers I have ever dealt with. They are caring and sensitive to my mom’s needs. They spoil her a little and she loves it. She has not complained about a single caregiver yet. It is a relief knowing she is well taken care of overnight,

AHC served my mother and our family during the time my mother was sick. They provided us with caretakers who respected her and showed compassion for her. Even after my mother passed away, they contacted us to see how we were doing. They were a blessing to the whole family.

We have never felt so blessed. Accessible Home Care has been an answer to prayer. They take care of my mother like she is their famiy. Exceptional caregiver and staff. They go above and beyond. highly recommend! We are able to leave mom in their capable hands and not worry about her. We know she is getting the very best of care. Tracy, Kendall, Crystal and Sara have all been amazing.
