Visiting Angels of Renton

Both Peggy and I have been very satisfied with the care and concern that we have received from the Visiting Angels personnel that we have had contact with: Crystal, Celine and Brian. If anyone that we knew needed a recommendation for in-home care, we would certainly recommend Visiting Angels. Celine, especially, as the actual caretaker has been great!

Crystal and her team go above and beyond to help my husband with dementia for the past few years. They choose and send excellent caregivers who they choose to be a good fit for my husband who appreciates calm, happy, caring individuals around him. I feel comfortable leaving him while I work out of town for a couple days every week. I really appreciate they are accommodating to our needs. (And our needy dogs) I highly recommend this agency over others. I cannot thank them enough for their kind professionalism.

Words cannot express how very grateful we are for Visiting Angels and the services they provide. Our son needed some TLC post surgery and the care team was phenomenal. Brian, the coordinator, couldn't have been more communicative and accommodating. If you or any loved ones need some extra help around the home with cooking, cleaning or running errands, Visiting Angels is highly recommended. The minute Veronica walked through our door, I relaxed. I'd known that we needed help, but I wasn't sure about having a stranger in our home. Veronica's kind smile and peaceful manner put us immediately at ease, and we quickly came to feel like she was part of the family. Nine months later, her help with cooking, laundry, and light housekeeping, and her thoughtful support with other daily tasks continues to make all the difference. We used Visiting Angels for my father during a period of immobility in his illness. Owen, stayed at the home 24 hours, 5 days per week, providing assistance with mobility and care. He was an excellent care provider—compassionate, and reliable. We felt grateful to have him helping us through a very difficult time. Sophia and Bethany in the office are also wonderful. They are very easy to reach by phone, and always return calls same day. There are a lot of agencies out there, but we had a great experience with Visiting Angels at a critical time.
